Renter MUSTÂ have current insurance and the renters address must be current on the drivers license. The $100 in this listing is the Damage Deposit that is required and is refundable when the rental is returned in the condition it was rented in.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 business days of the rental date you can get a refund minus $25 processing fee. If you cancel within a week of your rental date you will get 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations within 2 business days of the rental date will only get $25 back from the damage deposit amount. No Exceptions.
