If you’d like to take your golf cart to a third party for a second opinion or repairs it will not be covered under this agreement.

“1 Year Part & Labor $299.95”

•  Covers part failure and labor. This will cover any part on the golf cart that has malfunctioned and has failed on its own and needs to be replaced to operate the golf cart. If the part was damaged by the customer by either excessive use or as not intended then it will not be covered. Does not include anything cosmetic or accessories that are not involved with keeping the golf cart running. Does not cover noises or rattles. All service work needs to be done at the business retail location and does not cover pick up nor delivery if needed. Pick up and delivery is available for additional charge but is separate from this warranty. Excludes batteries that are over three years old or older. Gas golf carts: no internal engine parts are covered.
