Item(s) that are purchased have a 15 calendar day return policy if defective or unused (excludes electrical items such as controllers or chargers). If the buyer installs the item incorrectly and damages it and then tries to return it there will be no refund. If buyer cancels an order or returns the unused item there will be a 20% restocking fee taken from the refund amount and buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Refund will be returned once the item is returned and inspected. 15 calendar day return policy starts from the day of purchase.
